Agent Plan
- Commission Split: 85/15
- Annual Cap: $15,000
- Sign-Up Fee: $249
- Transaction Fee: $375 (post-cap)
$125/lease transaction fee after cap - Elite Agent Status: Transaction fees drop to $175 once achieved
- Brokerage Fee: $1,200 annual
$400 on your first 3 transactions/anniversary year - CBR Fee: $40 per transaction*
- Personal Transactions: Up to 3 per anniversary year at $275/transaction

Annual $175 revenue share program participation fee will be deducted from first payment on anniversary year, with 1.2% processing fee per payment.
